Now follow this step to to Delete All Spam Comments in WordPress at Once.

1. Login into WordPress Website.
2. Go to the comment session which is available in the middle left side of WordPress dashboard
3. Here you can see all the comments of your website.
4. In Comment tab you can modify all comments like approve, unapproved, move to spam, move to trash etc.
5. If you want to delete, select all the comments you want to delete one by one or by clicking on bulk action.
6. After selecting all the comments, go to the bulk action and then click on the move to trash option, then on the apply option.
7. Now go to Trash option that is available in comment header session.
8. Again Select all the comments, go to the bulk action and then click on delete permanently, then on the apply 
9. Now you are done.
