वैसे छात्र जिनका परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान बैंक के द्वारा सत्यापित कर दिया गया है, उनके भुगतान को अपडेट कर दिया है । वैसे छात्र जिनके परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान असफल रहे हैं, वो दुबारा 48 घंटे के बाद प्रयास करे। वैसे छात्र जिनके परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान उनके अकाउंट से कट गया है लेकिन भुगतान की स्थिति असफल दिखा रहा है, वो दुबारा 48 घंटे के बाद प्रयास करे।

1. If Money is deducted from your Bank Account and Payment is successful then Download your Exam Form and Payment Slip

2. If Money is not deducted from your Bank Account then Payment will be failed. In this case you can retry your payment again.

3. If Money is deducted from your Bank Account but Payment is failed then in this case you are requested to complaint this to PPU and wait for at least 48 hrs.

Exam Form Fee Payment has been successfully Paid by me. Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account but it is not updated on PPU’s Portal and Payment option is still showing. I am unable to print the Exam Form as well as my Payment Slip. So, I request you to update my Payment details as soon as possible. Thanks.

After complaining wait for 24 to 48 hours your Payment detail will be updated and you will be able to Download your Exam Form and Payment Slip through this link –

Other Issues –
1. If after filling your Details in Examination Form, Payment option is not coming then complaint regarding the same through both Grievance Portal as well as Email.

2. If even after 48hrs of Payment deduction and complaint, you are unable to Download your Exam Form and Payment Slip then you can retry your Payment once again.

3. If your Money is deducted twice then complaint regarding that too. Your money will be refunded in 7-14 days or post closure of Application form.

Examination Form Fill-up Date is likely to extend due to these several issues. So follow all steps sincerely and don’t Panic.
