You have to follow these steps:

Launch or Open after Install Filmora: Open Filmora on your computer. If you don’t have it installed, you can download and install it from the official Wondershare website.

Import your video: Click on the “Import” button on the media panel or simply drag and drop your video onto the timeline.

Select the video clip: Click on the video clip on the timeline to select it.

Use of tools in filmora to remove background

First of all select the main file which have to remove background from timeline, Double click on media file or effects tools. and follow these steps which is below to remove video background

Access the Effects tab: In the toolbar above the timeline, click on the “Effects” tab to open the Effects panel.

Choose the Chroma Key effect: In the Effects panel, locate the “Utility” category and find the “Chroma Key” effect. Drag and drop the Chroma Key effect onto the video clip on the timeline.

Adjust the Chroma Key settings: With the video clip still selected, click on the “Effect Controls” tab above the timeline to open the Effect Controls panel.

Configure the Chroma Key settings: In the Effect Controls panel, you’ll find various options to adjust the Chroma Key effect. Typically, you’ll need to select the color you want to remove from the video background. To do this, click on the color picker tool and select the color you want to remove by clicking on it in the preview window. You can also adjust other settings like tolerance and edge thickness to fine-tune the effect.

Preview and refine: Play the video in the preview window to see the effect. If needed, make further adjustments to the Chroma Key settings until you achieve the desired result.

Add a new background: To add a new background to your video, simply import an image or video file into Filmora. Drag and drop it onto a new track below the original video clip on the timeline. The new background will replace the removed color.

To Save Your Project or Edited Videos

Export the video: Once you are satisfied with the changes, click on the “Export” button to save your video with the new background. Choose the desired format, quality, and destination folder for the exported video.
